September 6 attack on Kostiantynivka needs additional info[edit]

An entry in September 6 reads: At least 17 people are killed and 33 others are injured in a Russian missile strike on a marketplace in Kostiantynivka, Donetsk Oblast.

This is no longer likely. Moscow claimed this was a Ukrainian missile errantly fired onto its own city. Then the New York Times carried out an investigation which suggested this was in fact the case, that it was due to a Ukrainian missile.
