She served as a lecturer in geography at the University College (London), the University of South Africa from 1953 to 1958, and University of Natal in Durban from 1955 to 1963. These were followed by her move back to London.[1] From 1975 through 1981, she was listed among the geography lecturers at University College London.[3]
