Montbellet (French pronunciation: [mɔ̃bɛlɛ]) is a commune in the Saône-et-Loire department in the region of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté in eastern France.

Vineyards of Montbellet are part of the AOC Viré-Clessé, which is used for white wines from Chardonnay grapes.
