Keshli (Persian: كشلي), also Romanized as Keshlī,[3] is a village in Khotbeh Sara Rural District of Kargan Rud District, Talesh County, Gilan province, Iran.

At the 2006 census, the population of the village was 2,784 in 719 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 3,081 people in 831 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed the population had fallen to 2,920 people in 884 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
