I. D. Serebryakov

Igor Dmitrievich Serebryakov (Игорь Дмитриевич Серебряков; 27 November 1917[1] – 1998) was a Soviet lexicographer and translator. He along with Igor Rabinovich made the first Punjabi-Russian Dictionary.
