Horgan Rural District (Persian: دهستان هرگان)[3] is in the Central District of Neyriz County, Fars province, Iran.[4] Its capital is the village of Horgan.[5]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 1,121 in 283 households.[6] There were 884 inhabitants in 244 households at the following census of 2011.[7] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 1,170 in 381 households. The most populous of its 43 villages was Horgan, with 170 people.[2]
