Fair use rationale[edit]

This image satisfies Wikipedia's fair use policy for the following reasons:

• It provides a necessary visual aid for the Toph Beifong article.
• As a character render from the television series Avatar: The Last Airbender and published by the series' owner Nickeldeon on Nick.com, it is not replaceable with an equivalent uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted image.
• It does not hinder or affect the owner's production of the series, nor does it impact the sales of home video and other products related to the series.
