Summary[edit]
36 second reduced quality OGG sample of "Pop Trash" by the Rustic Overtones from their 1995 studio album Long Division. Edited by myself in Audacity in which I selected 36 seconds from the original song, reduced the quality to the 0 Vorbis standard for wikipedia .ogg sample files, and added fades in and out from the sample of the song. Since the original song is six minutes and fifty-one seconds in length, this sample fits wikipedia's qualifications of a sample less than 10% in length. No other free version of this sample exists on the internet, and the album in which the song appears has not been printed by the band's defunct label for roughly nine years. The sample is used to illustrate the musical style of the album and song which is being described on the page for the album.
