Draft:Teemu Keisteri

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Teemu Keisteri (born 1985 in Espoo, Finland), is a Finnish visual artist currently living in Helsinki[1]. In Finland, he is known for the character Ukkeli, created in 2008, which he uses for his merchandising, such as t-shirts, paintings, postcards, cups or plates[1], as well as his artistic name Windows95Man, which he uses in his concerts as a DJ[2]. As Ukkeli, Keisteri speaks about cultural phenomena, the Finnish lifestyle and often uses himself as the subject for his jokes.

He is also known as a video artist, dance performer and DJ. Keisteri has his own art gallery called Kalleria in Kallio, Helsinki.[2]

Teemu Keisteri will be participating as Windows95Man with Henri Piispanen (vocals) in the 2024 edition of Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu, with the song "No Rules"[3].
