A Rekly is a type of government system in which the country doesn't control any real land or space, but is still recognized as a mass or group of people who stand behind a certain topic, while not fighting for their rights as a nation. This is to insure the safety of the nations that the Rekly is set up in.

The word Rekly comes from Chezflix, as he used it to describe his Micronation.[1]
