Kraglin Obfonteri is a character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, portrayed by Sean Gunn. As of July 2022, Kraglin has appeared in five films: Guardians of the Galaxy (2014), Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017), Avengers: Endgame (2019), Thor: Love and Thunder (2022), and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 (2023), as well as the television special The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special (2022).[2]

Concept and creation[edit]

Kraglin first appeared in Tales to Astonish #46 (August 1963) by Stan Lee, Don Heck, and Ernie Hart as a one-off villain for Ant-Man and The Wasp. In 2014, Sean Gunn was announced to be playing Kraglin, as well as the on-set Rocket. Gunn is the brother of the film's director, James Gunn.
