Koskii, is an Indian occasion-wear fashion brand providing bridal and festive wear to young women. The brand specialises in bridal lehengas, ethnic wear for engagement, haldi, sangeet, mehendi, and wedding occasions, sarees for all occasions, ready-to-wear salwar suits, dress materials and more.[1] Koskii currently has 11 stores located in Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Coimbatore, and Hyderabad and a delivery reach of over 10,000 pin codes within India and beyond as well.[2]

Started in Bangalore, India, by Umar Akhter and his brother Haroon Rashid in 2009, the brand was originally named Mina Bazaar before it was rebranded Koskii in 2016.[3] The name, Koskii, is derived from the word for 'Girl' in the Nawayati language, Today, Koskii is family-owned with Umar’s siblings, Sameen Eajaz, Haroon Rashid, and Ayesha Saubia taking care of the operations, product, and creative aspects of the business.[4]

From being bootstrapped, the brand received their Series A funding on 29th June 2023. Koskii received a funding of 61crores (Series A) from Baring Private Equity India.
