Florence Nakacwa is a Ugandan lawyer ,Senior Legal Consultant and trainer in legislative drafting, draft legislation, manuals and other documents and do general legal consultancy work. she is married to the chief justice of Uganda Winny Dollo.[1] In 2017, Florence Nakachwa was the LDC deputy director[2] and in 2021 was appointed a judge to the high court by HE. YOWERI KAGUTA MUSEVENI the president of Uganda.[2]
Education and Background[edit]
She was born 1964, she a mother to six , she went to Loro where her academic journey started when she sat her primary leaving examinations in 1979. she joined scared heart Gulu for her O'level untill 1983 from where she joined trinity college Nabingo for her A' Level . later she joined makerere university for a Bachelor of law from where she graduated in 1990. Ms Nakachwa later enrolled at LDC for her postgraduate course in legal practice in 1991. Between 1997 and 1998, she enrolled for a masters in law at a university of west indies as well an enrollment for postgraduate certificate in basic research methods[3]
