Dangerous Silence is a 2022 English language Nigerian short film, directed by Nigerian-born filmmaker Adeyinka Adetoyi, written] and produced by Israeli-born film producer and screenwriter Ariel Lavi. Starring Olaide Almaroof, Otega Igho, and Jemima Adelekan, the film won 16 awards and was screened at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. The film was nominated Best Nigerian Short Film at the 19th Abuja International Film Festival.
Plot[edit]
Lila is sexually exploited by Chiumbo and Gathee while having sex for a fee. Gathee is afraid to come out against Chiumbo. Eventually Gathee overcomes the fear and fight but it will be too late.
