Barbenheimer is an upcoming American parody film directly inspired by the pop-culture phenomenon of the same name. The film is produced by Charles Band under his Full Moon Features banner.

Premise[edit]

Dr. Bambi J. Barbenheimer, a brilliant scientist doll, and the other female dolls in Dolltopia attempt to destroy the patriarchy by building an atomic bomb.

Production[edit]

In August 2023, a film inspired by the Barbenheimer culture phenomenon, deriving from that year's releases of the films Barbie and Oppenheimer, was in development at Charles Band's Full Moon Features.[1] Later that November, it was revealed that Barbenheimer was looking for buyers at the American Film Market, Brian Wecht had written original songs for the film, and principal photography was expected to begin the following year.[2]
