ACE Battery was established in 2014 and headquartered in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.[2] The company has branches and divisions in the United States, Germany, and Spain.[2]
Funding[edit]
In 2022 ACE Battery raised CNY 300.0M (~$44.1M) in Series B funding from CoStone Capital, Shenzhen Guozhong Venture Capital Management, Oriental Fortune Capital, and U.S.-China Green Fund.[3]
Business model[edit]
ACE Battery manufactures Lithium Ion Battery systems and their accessories.[4] The company also provides full-chain solutions and services for clean energy storage systems.[5]
ACE Battery is investing in manufacturing bases in China and expanding its manufacturing capacity overseas through strategic partnerships with several Fortune 500 companies and customers.[4]
