10,000 Ships is an upcoming American television series based on the universe of A Song of Ice and Fire created by George R. R. Martin. It is a prequel to Game of Thrones.

In March, 2021 it was announced that HBO was in early development for a television series titled 10,000 Ships,[1] with Amanda Segel hired in May to write.[2]
