Chaharbagh County (Persian: شهرستان چهارباغ) is in Alborz province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Chaharbagh,[2] whose population at the 2016 National Census was 48,828 in 14,380 households.[3]

In August 2010, Karaj County, Nazarabad County, and Savojbolagh County were separated from Tehran province in the establishment of Alborz province.[4]

In September 2019, Chaharbagh District was separated from Savojbolagh County in the establishment of Chaharbagh County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with Chaharbagh as its capital and only city.[2]
