Reflecting article move in category description[edit]

The article that was at Slam poetry has been moved, by consensus, to Poetry slam. It relates more to the type of event than to any style or genre of poetry. As a result of the move, of course, Slam poetry is now a redirect.

I'm changing the wikilink in the introductory wording for this category. I'm also going through and changing wikilinks where they occur in articles. Many of the links refer more to the idea of slam poetry as a style or genre than they do to the format for readings. Someone interested in the area might want to replace the redirect with a separate article on Slam poetry. JamesMLane t c 01:58, 30 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
