No hyphen[edit]

There should not be a hyphen between African and American. The hyphen is used only when African-American is an adjective, as in "African-American authors". By itself it is a noun and it is grammatically wrong for it to have a hyphen. I'm hoping someone knows how to change this easily, as I don't. @Deisenbe: Hi. Categories for discussion seems like the best place to bring this up. Thank you. — Lauritz Thomsen (talk) 14:41, 1 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
