Bosniak descent vs. Bosnia and Herzegovina descent[edit]

Why there are two categories instead of just one?

@Ark25: Presumably the intention is to have the former category about ethnicity (regardless the state) and the second about nationality (from the state). But after having looked at a few articles it seems to me that it is very difficult to maintain that difference in practice. You might bring it to WP:CFD.
