The current Commonscat is "c:Category:Monarchs of Mongolia", a child of "Monarchs by country". But this cat is treating "Mongol" as a nationality (Category:Mongolian people, a child of Category:Mongols) as well as geography (Category:History of Mongolia). I suppose we'll have to do some re-parenting, because all 5 current subcats of Category:Mongol rulers are Mongol dynasties outside Mongolia (one even in mostly Europe, the Golden Horde, which raises the question if being a Mongol automatically makes you an "Asian"). I don't think we can have it both ways. I think we should await the results of the Category:Turkic rulers CfD to see how to best resolve this; it has some of the same issues.
