Changed categories, updated wikiprojects[edit]

I removed this page from Category:Illinois stubs and Category:Missouri stubs. Then, I removed it from Category:Midwestern United States transportation stubs and added it to the more specific Category:Missouri transportation stubs and Category:Illinois transportation stubs. This seemed to make more sense than listing it at the most general state-level stub-category when transport-specific stub categories were available for both states. This change has been reflected in the Transport stub types listing. I also added wikiproject:IL because this agency serves both states. Looking at the model of Category:Washington Metro stubs, this stub could arguably be a subcategory of Category:St. Louis stubs instead of Category:Missouri transportation stubs, but the transportation element felt more relevant, and there's no corresponding East St. Louis or Metro St. Louis subcategory for Category:Illinois stubs. -Furicorn (talk) 01:39, 20 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
