I'm removing the metalworking category from this category, because, in my mind, metalworking is a subset of metallurgy. In other words, without metallurgy there would be no metalworking. Wizard191 (talk) 17:43, 11 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I agree with you on that. I just made a similar reversal of parent-child relationship with regard to Category:Metals, as this category is the obvious logical result of the intersection between Category:Metals and Category:Materials science. I also removed 4 sub-cats for specific metals, since they are, of course, already sub-cats of Category:Metals and have no real business being in this category.
