Charles Taze Russell was not Jehovah's Witnesses, he was a Bible Student! --Bibelforscher 04:23, 18 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Bible Students and Jehovah's Witnesses are the same religion. Although there are splinter groups of Jehovah's Witenesses who continue to use this name solely, all Jehovah's Witnessed consider the "Bible Students" as their former name.--Esprit15d 21:00, 8 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

The Name "JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES" was taken in the 1930's before that they were called "BIBEL STUDENTS". It was just a change of name to identefy them as witnesses of Jehovah. Therefor it is ok to say that he was a Jehovah's witness.

Rename[edit]

The title of this category is grammatically incorrect, akin to saying "Baptists people" or "Catholics people." It should be changed to "Jehovah's Witness people."--Esprit15d 21:00, 8 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]
