Why this singular subcat?[edit]

I see that Gwynedd heritage railways are no longer classed as Welsh Heritage railways. Why are lines based in Gwynedd so isolated? Who made the suggestion?

I ask because three of the 5 entries are no lnger "classed" as being Welsh Heritage railways, and therefore do not benefit as such. The re-instatement of HRiW cat for these 3 has been made --13:12, 27 March 2011 (UTC)
