Seems redundant. Sumerophile (talk) 17:10, 11 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Countries = places, nations = peoples. It seems a valid distinction to me. I see that you have put them into the same head categories, which makes it more confusing than before. If there is no support for this merger proposal then I will put them back as they were. - Fayenatic (talk) 06:02, 12 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The thing is we don't have separate articles for peoples and countries. i.e. Moabites, Canaanites, etc redirect to Moab, Canaan, etc, plus there's overlap and a lack of a clear distinction between the two cats. Sumerophile (talk) 15:05, 12 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
You're absolutely right. Would you like to propose it at WP:CFD or shall I? - Fayenatic (talk) 20:12, 16 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Oops, I just went ahead and did it... Sumerophile (talk) 20:16, 16 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
No problem! - Fayenatic (talk) 20:20, 16 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
