This category is for navigational boxes. Navigational boxes are templates, not articles, and should not be categorized under Category:Articles. See also WP:CAT#T, although that is referring mainly to the templates themselves and only indirectly to categories for templates. Currently, many similar categories are also incorrectly categorized, but equally many similar categories are categorized correctly (someexamples).
Readers have no reason to navigate to templates and editors have several other ways of navigating to templates - e.g. via categories that are for templates, via (wikiproject-based) categories for template talk pages and via the V.T.E links where the template appears on an article.
