Contested deletion[edit]

CSD C1 is usually reserved for categories that remain empty for seven days. In this case, Liz has asked for CSD C1 after a mere 26 hours. So it's premature by a long margin. The category is expected to be populated by the talk page banner for a new WikiProject, WikiProject Climate change. Banner development is underway, for now at WP:WikiProject Climate change/TestBanner. Check the version history. It isn't idle and we're not twiddling our thumbs. That said, I will not be able to resume working on it until next weekend. Please do not delete.
