Agata Forkasiewicz (born 13 January 1994) is a Polish sprinter.[2] She competed at the 2015 World Championships in Athletics and 2016 IAAF World Indoor Championships.

She was selected to represent Poland at the 2016 Summer Olympics in the women's 4 × 100 metres relay event.[1]
