Changing templates on sub-cats

@BrownHairedGirl: Do you recommend creating a UK version of {{AUSTVdebutyr}} to populate this series, and a similar one for endings?

Note: I have manually edited 2016 debuts and endings, longhand. The rest are still in the deleted category Category:British television programme debuts by year as they use the old {{Year by category}}.

@Fayenatic, my intention is to use the generic Template:Decade nationality television series endings category and a yet-to-be-created sibling for debuts. The Aussie template will be redundant if its portal is deleted.

I will create similar by-year templates, so the whole lot will be paramaterless.
