The license on Flicker is version 2.0, not 3.0. In any case, since it is freely-licensed, it should be uploaded to the Wikimedia Commons where it will be available to Wikipedias in other languages. The only reason not to upload it is if there is a question regarding the legal status of the image on Flickr. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs)/(e-mail) 00:08, 3 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Description: This image depicts the Digital Rights Management bug found in Game Maker: Studio which is used as a deterrent against pirating the software.
Author/Copyright Holder's Name: I would assume YoYoGames since they make the software.
Article To Be Used On/Reason For Upload:Game Maker is the article it needs to be placed on, as the article is lacking in Image representation of their software, more specifically it needs placed in the section regarding their DRM mishap.

Coat of Arms of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Brisbane.svg[edit]
This upload request has been declined. Please do not modify it.
This request for upload has been reviewed. The reviewer comments appear below the submission text.
Description: The arms are blazoned, in the language of heraldry: Sable, a chevron compony counter compony or and gules between, in chief, two roundels and in base a palm frond or.
In lay terms: On a black field, a chevron with a double line of alternating gold and red squares (from the arms of Governor Sir Thomas Brisbane, Baronet) between, at the top, two gold circles representing stones, the instruments of martyrdom of Saint Stephen, Patron of the Cathedral, and, in base, the gold martyr’s palm of victory.
The mitre above the shield of arms is the heraldic entitlement and indicia of a diocese. The double transverse processional cross behind the shield is the entitlement and indicia of an archdiocese. The processional cross of a bishop is sometimes described as a cross of jurisdiction and the double transverse cross indicates metropolitan jurisdiction over the Province of Brisbane which encompasses the whole of Queensland.
The new rendition of the arms was designed by Richard d’Apice AM KCSG and Fr. Guy Selvester and illustrated by Sandy Turnbull. August 2012.

The "LNH" In This Logo Is Supposed To Be White, Not Transparent[edit]

The "LNH" in this logo is supposed to be white, not transparent. The image was rendered to a perfect size (525 × 305 pixels, file size: 81 KB, MIME type: image/png) and it was made to be transparent. I apologize for not clarifying that the "LNH" was not supposed to be made transparent (but, rahter, it was supposed to be left alone to still be white). All the smaller occurrences of this image feature the "LNH" being white, not transparent.
