Regarding the oppose rationale: we don't go by "historical value", we go by Encyclopedic Value (or EV), see FP criteria. We have an article on this, it's notable, it's the lead image, that is EV. Comment – After digging around a bit, I found that this drawing or painting apparently originated in Christian Nubia around 1,000 years ago. It doesn't seem to have much EV for the National Museum in Warsaw, and isn't featured in that article. – Sca (talk) 13:58, 19 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Yes I know, you made a comment, so did I. FP criteria defines EV based on article usage only. We are an encyclopedia, we generate content solely based on notability. We don't generate content based on the interests of an audience (we are not a journal). Encyclopedias exist to satisfy specific inquiries, not interests of an audience.
