The image was a screen print from the Westchester magazine site. The wikipedia entry for the Hudson Valley Magazine http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hudson_Valley_(magazine) uses an image from their page and I did the same. The publisher for both magazines is the same so I followed that same fair use policy. I have e-mailed the editor in chief to inform her of the new listing for the magazine asking them to verify all the information and add to the page.
