Is this an RB-29 over Korea?[edit]

The tail of this airplane appears to carry the early version of the United States Air Forces Europe emblem. This would be inconsistent with an RB-29 of the 91st Strategic Reconnaissance Squadron or flights over Korea. Also, did RB-29s retain the turrets?
