The arrows for the flowing coolant gas are only shown on the right of the reactor. This is also the only place where the control rods have been lifted. This might cause a viewer some ambiguity in thinking the rods somehow control the gas flow, which of course they don't. It's a big ambiguous.

Solutions might be to have a different pair of control rods lifted, or use a different arrow system to show that the gas flows through all the channels in the graphite moderator block.

Also are the control rods supposed to be in pairs? They look like they are. Is that a fact in this design? I know in theory they don't need to be. I have a reasonable understanding of fission reactors in general though no familiarity with any real designs.

Not that it's not a good, clear, diagram. Just a couple of possible ambiguities in case the artist feels like making an update.
