Extra electron?

On the right side, under H₂ molecule, there is a lone dot under left atom. To me it appears as surplus. Maybe it should be moved into electron cloud of the lone H atom on the left, because there are two dots shown in the H₂ molecule (between the nuclei), and none in H atom on the left.
