The U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is part of the National Invasive Species Council and strives to prevent the spread of invasive wildlife species in the U.S. Help be part of the solution and don’t release pets or exotic animals into the wild, don’t move wild animals for hunting purposes, and report sightings of invasive species in your area to your county extension agent, state wildlife agency or local USDA APHIS office.
