Fair use in Neighborhood 1 (Tunnels)[edit]

Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. It illustrates an educational article about the music album it represents.
2. The image is used solely for educational purposes, as primary means of visual identification of the audio recording in question, in an article about the album
3. Only a small portion of the copyrighted commercial work is used
4. The image is of inferior quality compared to that of an original, having been reduced to a low resolution, and it is therefore unlikely that this image could be used to make duplicates of the album cover
5. The use of this image does not compete with the copyright holders' usage; it does not affect the holders' ability to sell the audio recording
