Français : Façades et toitures de l'immeuble sis rue Roc Sainte-Nicaise, n° 15.
Cette maison fait partie d’un ensemble de trois habitations de type louisquatorzien (nos 15, 17 et 19). Ce style regroupe toutes les constructions comportant en façade la pierre au niveau des seuils, bandeaux, trumeaux, jambages et linteaux ainsi que la brique pour les entablements et allèges. Construites à la fin du XVIIe siècle, elles comportent un rez-de-chaussée sur soubassement appareillé et un étage. L’ensemble compte dix travées et est éclairé de baies aux montants à refends communs. Le n° 15 est formé de deux façades enduites, la première aligne quatre travées de type louisquatorzien aux seuils des baies remontés et la seconde, rue J. Noté et plus longue, compte cinq travées de type tournaisien et une travée louisquatorzienne. Les traces d’un ancien portail sont conservées à l’extrême droite de cette façade. La toiture en bâtière de tuiles est percée d’une lucarne monte-charge et d’une lucarne à croupe ornée d’ailerons. Source de l'information : Institut du Patrimoine wallon. This house is part of a group of three Louisquatory-style dwellings (Nos. 15, 17 and 19). This style includes all buildings with stone on the facade at the thresholds, bands, overmantels, jambs and lintels as well as brick for entablatures and sills.
