Français : Les façades, les charpentes et les toitures de l'immeuble sis quai Vifquin, n°26.

Cette maison étroite se situe à l’angle de deux rues et se compose de deux niveaux de huit travées (deux quai Vifquin, une travée d’angle et cinq rue Haigne). Les deux façades sont caractérisées par leur bichromie. En effet, elles sont composées de pierre de Tournai et de briques couvertes d’un badigeon beige. Les percements disposent d’un encadrement en pierre appareillée. Les linteaux clavés ainsi que les seuils sont continus, formant des bandeaux qui soulignent l’horizontalité du bâtiment. L’édifice est couvert d’une toiture en bâtière et croupes d’angle percée de deux lucarnes, également à croupe.

English: Facades and roofs of the building located at quai Vifquin N.26. This narrow house is located at the corner of two streets and consists of two levels of eight bays (two Vifquin docks, one corner bay and five Haigne Street). Both façades are characterized by their two-colour printing. They are made of Tournai stone and bricks covered with a beige whitewash. The openings have a fitted stone frame. The keyed lintels and thresholds are continuous, forming bands that underline the building's horizontality. The building is covered with a gabled roof
Nederlands: De gevels, de kozijnen en de daken van het gebouw Vifquin Kade Nr 26. Dit smalle huis ligt op de hoek van twee straten en bestaat uit twee niveaus van acht traveeën (twee Vifquin kade, een hoekoverspanning en vijf Haignestraat). Beide gevels worden gekenmerkt door hun duotoon. Ze zijn samengesteld uit steen van Doornik en bakstenen bedekt met een beige wassing. Het huis is bedekt met een zadeldak en croupes hoek doorboord twee dakkapellen, ook achterdeel.
