Français : Cette demeure de 1680, accueillait la Maison des Six-Filles ; ancienne institution charitable fondée en 1652 par Joachim Raguez grâce au legs d’un bâtiment du quartier Saint-Brice. Elle était composée de jeunes filles dévouées à l’enseignement des enfants pauvres. La façade, en briques et pierre, austère et fermée, est marquée horizontalement par les bandeaux prolongeant les seuils et linteaux des baies. Le soubassement appareillé d’une hauteur importante est percé de deux portes à piédroits, arc en briques et clé en pierre. La porte de gauche est ornée de l’inscription « Anno / Joachim Raguez / 1652 » témoignant de la date de fondation de l’institution ainsi que de son bienfaiteur. L’édifice est couvert d’une corniche récente à blochets supportant une toiture en bâtière de tuiles. La couverture est limitée par deux pignons débordants, celui de gauche ouvert de deux baies à seuil plat, linteau droit et pierre d’angle.

English: This house of 1680, hosted the House of Six Girls; former charitable institution founded in 1652 by Joachim Raguez thanks to the legacy of a building in the Saint-Brice district. It was made up of young girls devoted to teaching poor children.

The facade, in brick and stone, austere and closed, is marked horizontally by the bands extending the thresholds and lintels of the bays. The high-pitched pedestal is pierced by two pedestrian doors, brick arch and stone key. The left door is decorated with the inscription "Anno / Joachim Raguez / 1652" testifying to the date of foundation of the institution as well as its benefactor.

The building is covered with a recent cornice with blocks supporting a tiled roof. The cover is limited by two overflowing gables, the left open two flat threshold bays, right lintel and corner stone. The house was restored in 1975 by the architect J.-L.
