This sculpture incorporated dilapidated found objects (in this case a 1951 Electric Shopper motorized scooter and a megaphone), elements assembled from refuse (a model battleship), sculpted figures (a Klansmen), as well as sound and motion, and explored issues such as race, financial inequality, oppression and militarism. This work and this body of work have been publicly exhibited in prominent venues and museums and discussed in major art and daily press publications.
