You must be aware that your demand is unnecessarily confusing to anyone not familiar with such arcane legal terms as "fair use rationale." This photo was taken by a member of The Stelle Group quite a number of years back. The Stelle Group was disbanded in 2005. Stelle is an intentional community that came into existence during the early 1970's and is currently home to approximately 100 people.
