Summary
| Description |
English: Santinath Siva temple is located at Mitrasenpur area of Chandrakona, a historical town in Ghatal subdivision of Paschim Medinipur district Of West Bengal. Built in 1828, this temple is of Nabaratna Style(Nine Pinnacled) of Bengal temple architecture. Besides the central pinnacle, there are four pinnacles in the front side and four pinnacles on the back side of the temple. The temple has interesting terracotta panels on the front wall and arch panels.

Although the temple is under State Archeology, it has been converted into a totally modern temple using all kind of Oil Paint over the terracotta in a very distasteful manner. Locating this temple is rather difficult as there is almost no present-day photograph of this temple and locals are not very aware of its presence.
