Description
English: Sant'Alvise, Venice - The Barco: Special piece on the counter-facade dating from the 15th century. Protected by wrought iron gates of the eighteenth, behind which nuns could attend the religious services. The drum columns are surmounted by statues of the Redeemer and Saint Jean Baptiste dating from the 16th century.
Français : Église Sant'Alvise, Venise - Le Barco : Pièce particulière sur la contre-façade datant du XVe siècle. Protégées par des grilles de fer forgé du XVIIIe, derrière lequel les religieuses pouvaient assister aux services religieux. Les colonnes à tambour sont surmontées de statues du Rédempteur et de Saint Jean Baptiste datant du XVIème siècle.
Italiano: Chiesa di Sant'Alvise, Venezia - Il Barco: un pezzo speciale sulla contro-facciata, risalente al XV secolo. Protetto da cancelli in ferro battuto del XVIII, dietro la quale le suore potevano assistere alle funzioni religiose. Colonne tamburo sono sormontate da statue del Redentore e di San Giovanni Battista risalente al XVI secolo.
