Summary

Description View of the Greek Salamis Naval Base in 1979. Visible are six Greek Gearing and Allen M. Sumner-class destroyers, Miaoulis (D211) (ex USS Ingraham (DD-694) is nearest to the camera. Also visible are four Type 209 submarines, a former U.S. GUPPY-class submarine, probably Katsonis, and three former U.S. Navy Bluebird-class minesweepers.
