English: Reydon Hall, near Southwold, Suffolk. View taken from the B1116. Reydon Hall was the home of the Strickland family in the early 1800s. Two daughters, women authors Catherine Parr Traill and Suzanna Moodie, who emigrated to Canada wrote of the challenges of early Canadian rural/bush life.
