Summary

Description
English: Da Wikipedia.

Exterior of the church in 2016

The Little Metropolis (Greek: Μικρή Μητρόπολη), formally the Church of St. Eleutherios (Άγιος Ελευθέριος) or Panagia Gorgoepikoos (Παναγία Γοργοεπήκοος, "Panagia Who Grants Requests Quickly"[1]), is a Byzantine church located at the Mitropoleos Square (Cathedral of Athens), next to the Metropolitan Cathedral of Athens (the "Great Metropolis").[2]
