English: Built in 1978-79, this International-style 22-story 341-foot-tall skyscraper, the tallest building in Harrisburg, houses the Pennsylvania Department of Education. The building features vertically ribbed concrete panels, ribbon windows, concrete-clad columns, low-slope roofs atop the tower and podium with parapets, and two stories of retail space at the base with a semi-enclosed entrance stretching back from the street deep into the building’s interior.
